Biography
[2894] DOUTRELIGNE Denis est né le 17 août 1881 à Wattrelos (Nord). Il entre au Séminaire des M.-E. en 1901. Il est ordonné prêtre le 22 septembre 1906 et part le 28 octobre suivant pour le Kouy-Tcheou. Après l’étude du chinois, il est chargé du district de Tche-Fou. Mobilisé de 1914 à 1919, il retourne ensuite dans son poste. En 1924 il est placé à la tête du district de Ouang-Mou. En 1928, il est capturé et maltraité par des rebelles. Il meurt le 25 avril 1929 à Tse-Hen, au cours d’un voyage à Lanlong où il allait se soigner.
